I recently discovered Forest Mushrooms and have been absolutely delighted to find the organic mushrooms and the service for receiving them to be of the utmost quality. I cannot believe the value of these dried shiitake mushrooms! I ordered 3 pounds and after rehydrating I ended up with 24 POUNDS of mushrooms. For just $60, that’s an absolute steal. The quality is top-notch. Nice fragrance, rich and flavorful and they rehydrate beautifully.

I have been searching for American grown dried shitake mushrooms. These seem to be free of sulfates and are fresh. They taste great and I look forward to enjoying them more
