from 1187 reviewsNot as firm and woody as Japan-grown. Not as pricey either. But still tasty in me soup.
Gonna cook them up for Christmas I can't wait!!
Bags are huge. I ordered 2 of each on my list. Never thought the bags were that big. Will last a long time.
I ordered a lb of dried Turkey Tail Mushrooms and got over 25% wood that they grow on. I sent them a Email and they immediately sent me a half lb of new nice ones and have taken precautions so it doesn't happen again. The replacement ones are the nicest I've ever gotten. I drink Turkey Tail Mushroom Tea everyday to help in my fight against Stage 3 AdioCarcenoma Cancer. This is a GREAT COMPANY that stands behind their products. I'll be a lifelong customer because of the way they handled this situation. 👍
This is probably my 5th or 6th order of dried shiitake mushrooms from this company. Phenomenal mushrooms!
I’m tired of throwing out fresh mushrooms because I ever got around to preparing and eating them. I just soak these in hot water and they are ready to eat. I actually like the texture way more than cooked fresh mushrooms.
Only started using but very satisfied.
very good mushroom! My brain really like the turkey tails mushroom!Highly recommend.
Wonderful quality, I am very impressed by the great packaging and color was better then I expected
The dried Shiitake and Maitake from Forest Mushrooms are a mainstay in my kitchen. I love the convenience, the taste and texture, and the nutrition benefit in my diet. Buying in bulk is super economical compared to grocery store prices. I'm a long time satisfied customer!
I am in Wisconsin I was looking for a great company with good standards and long history of quality and transparency.
This company is it! And my package was delivered in a short timely manner, everything was packaged beautifully thank you so much.
Excellent product, and exactly as described.
I’ve been adding the mushrooms to many favorite dishes. Using the reconstituted dried ones adds so much more flavor. They really kicked up a tuna casserole I made this week.
