Out of curiosity bought the lobster mushrooms for trial, not eaten yet. they're well packaged, great and fast delivery, mushrooms well dried with great flavour, I have shared this pack for tasting, I will be buying again from seller. Thanks for the great service

I'm very fond of mushrooms. Although our local market carries a wide range of mushrooms that are in season, and a smaller selection of dried mushrooms, lobster mushrooms were not commonly available fresh, and not available dried. During the pandemic, I "discovered" Forest Mushrooms as a source of a wide range of dried mushrooms, and I haven't looked back. The quality is high, the prices and shipping rates are reasonable, and the service friendly and helpful.

Every time I ordered and reordered mushrooms I was familiar with, I added an order for one ounce of a mushroom variety I hadn't cooked with. Lobster mushrooms were one of the first varieties I tried in this way. I now have quite a collection! Lobster mushrooms are part of my mushroom library, along with domestic porcinis, chanterelles, morels, shitakes, cloud ear, and several of the mushroom blends.

I'll be ordering again when my supply runs low. :-)

I never had Lobsters before, thought it would be fun to try. The quality and volume in the package was very impressive. These hydrate very nicely (I do cold water overnight submerged in minimal water). The texture is phenomenal with a pleasant mild flavor. Planning on adding these to some Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. Overall, a great find and I plan to be back for more.
