Dried USA Porcini Mushrooms (bulk)

Dried USA Porcini Mushrooms (bulk)
Generations of Italian families have relished gathering and preserving porcini mushrooms. Long a European favorite, this treasure of the autumn woods is known in Germany as the steinpilz and in France as the cepe. It rivals the coveted morel in popularity among seasoned mushroom pickers. These porcini are harvested and dried in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.
Rehydrated porcini mushrooms add a smoky full-bodied flavor and meaty texture to sauces for pasta, chicken, rice and potato dishes.

Forest Mushrooms - Life Changing

As a non meat eater, mushrooms provide the perfect texture in my savory recipes. My most recent purchase from Forest Mushrooms included porcini's; which like every other purchase, did not disappoint. Forest Mushrooms make meal prep so easy because I always have mushrooms on hand. Soups, stews, pizza or game day appetizers ~ just rehydrate. And Forest Mushrooms are so clean, the remaining broth is clear and a perfect addition to dishes as an extra layer of flavor.

I've been buying from Forest Mushrooms for about a year and will not shop elsewhere. Their descriptive blurbs about the different varieties has encouraged me to be more adventurous in my selections. And the #1 reason I keep coming back is transparency. I know if the mushrooms are wild or cultivated - if they came from the Pacific Northwest or France.
Forest Mushrooms is seriously a culinary game changer!
