No grit

The dried Slippery Jack mushrooms look to be good quality and having cooked with them once they are. I was surprised that there was no grit at the bottom of the liquid in which I soaked them. They were tasty and a reasonable substitute for porcini in some situations.

if stir fried, it needs to be pre soaked to get soft, recommended
